Refund Policy
Refund Policy: Refund requests made prior to June 25 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of 10%. No Refund requests made after June 25 will be granted. Refund exceptions - Once any age group is bracketed prior to the June 25 date no refunds will be issued for any team dropping at any time.
Weather Cancellations: There is a chance this tournament could be rained out. Please be aware that 20% of the entry fee will be kept to cover administrative costs if the tournament is cancelled due to weather. Teams that do not play any games will receive a full refund minus 20%. Teams that play one game will receive a refund equal to 50% of the entry fee minus any discounts. Teams that play 2 or more games will not receive a refund. Teams will also be given the option to transfer their entry into another future Triple Crown Event.
