The TC Winter Championships is a 'Stay to Play' event
The Triple Crown Winter Championships returns to Florida in 2022 during this 3-day President's Day Holiday weekend. The tournament will be played at the new Panama City Beach Sports Complex. The complex has 11 turf fields and is 15 minutes from the sands of Panama City Beach. This tournament will provide your team a competitive tournament to kick off your spring season at a destination that will provide great memories for your team and families. Please join us in Panama City Beach for the Winter Championships!
Event Format: This tournament offers a 4-game guarantee
Friday 2/18-games after 6pm (if necessary)
Saturday 2/19-pool games (8am starts)
Sunday 2/20- pool & bracket games (8am starts)
Monday 2/21- bracket & championship games (8am starts) all games complete by 6pm
Tournament Gate fee:
$5 per day or $12 for weekend pass
Senior Citizen 65+ $3 per day or $5 for weekend pass
All retired and active military personnel FREE w/ proper ID
Kids 12 and under are free

Cooler Note: No team coolers allowed on the facilities; no personal coolers allowed.

Balls are provided by the teams not the tournament.
Event Notes: 13U division both 54/80 and 60/90 are being offered -- teams will need to decide their preference and if they would play the other dimension if necessary.

A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.
There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 10 or fewer days prior to the start of the event.
Otherwise, if a team cancels 11 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
